This microarray High-Speed Centrifuge quickly removes wash buffers from microarray substrates and effectively dryes the slides prior to scanning or imaging. The High-Speed Centrifuge is also equipped with a microfuge tube rotor that accommodates up 6 tubes of 0.5 ml, 1.5 or 2.0 ml capacity.

These hybridization cassettes provides pristine reaction environments for cover slip reactions of DNA, protein and other types of microarrays. They are easy to use and improve hybridization results with higher signal intensities and lower background noise. Specifications :

These Hybridization Cassettes use silicon gaskets ro demarcate the individual arrays of DNA or protein microarray. Silicon gasket containing 16 or 24 wells is held against the glass surface to create individual reaction wells encompassing the printed microarrays.
The upper portion of the Hybridization Cassette allows the introduction of 16 or 24 individual samples, making these Cassettes, 1x16 and 1x24 ideal for DNA and protein microarray research and diagnostics. The AHC1X16 has 8 x 8 mm wells spaced at 9 mm centers in a 2 x 8 format. The AHC1X24 has 7.5 x 6.5 mm wells spaced at 9 mm centers in a 3 x 8 format. 2 x 8 and 3 x 8 provide easy loading with multi-channel pipettes and automation systems. Notes :
Use the spacing coordinates of the diagrams to program the microarrayer and print your microarrays. It is possible to cut the ribs in these silicon gaskets to make larger size reaction areas (ex : 4 arrays starting from 16 or 24 wells gaskets). To prevent leakage during use, gaskets must be used in the proper orientation with the wide portion placed against the hybridization cassette top and the thin portion placed against the glass substrate slide. |

This submersible cassette is made from a durable, flat, precision-machined corrosion resistant alloy and high quality black rubber gasket to ensure proper alignment and no leaking from “well to well”. | This tool is used with glass substrate slides in the 96-well format. 1,000 spots can be printed in each 96- well sub-array. These slides in the 96-well format are available in all surface chemistries (SuperClean; SuperAmines; SuperAldehyde & SuperEpoxy).
